Route 22 Honda Cementing the Foundation for a Successful 2012

After visiting the breaking ground of the brand new Honda Service and Parts Station that will be opening in mid to late 2012, it was easy to come to the conclusion that Route 22 Honda is taking the right steps in laying the foundation for success. The 29,295 sq. ft. base of the building has had its cement foundation laid out and is progressing nicely. Workers from Redco Engineering and Construction are vigorously working despite the frigid winds to ensure the ground work is completed before mother nature takes a bitter turn into a wintery rage.

Here's a little insider information that will help your mind paint the masterpiece that we are working hard to deliver. Our two floor service and parts station will have a total of 33,695 sq.ft. when completed. The 29,295 sq.ft. first floor, which will have 5,065 sq.ft. of finished space, will be occupied by a service drive in, shop, parts storage area, car wash and detailing area and equipment room. The second floor, totaling 4,400 sq.ft. will have 2,940 sq.ft. of storage space, with the remainder finished space. There will be wall heights maxing at 26' for customer, garage and mezzanine areas while the minimum heights are reaching 15' for the detailing and drop off/service write up station.

All in all, the brand new Honda Service Station is in progress to be nothing short of immaculate upon completion.
